MEETING of the Screening Subcommittee of the Burrillville Town Council to be held Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilors Edward J. Blanchard, Wallace F. Lees and David J. Place.

1. Motion to accept the minutes of the subcommittee meeting held August 8, 2012 and dispense with the reading of said minutes; to be considered and acted on.
2. Review and act on reapplications from various board members:
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Kelly Hunt to the Housing Authority for a five year term to expire October 31, 2017; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of Robin Volpini to the Conservation Commission for a three year term to expire on October 31, 2015 to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to recommend the reappointment of David Marcotte to the Recreation Commission for a three year term to expire October 31, 2015; to be considered and acted on.
3. Review and act on applications from the following:
• Motion to request that the clerk schedule interviews of Sandra Carter and Sandra Dalton for Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to receive and file the application from Jonathan Gonzalez for the Board of Assessment Review, Burrillville Extended Care and Recreation Committee due to the fact that he has moved out of the town; to be considered and acted on.
• Motion to table the applications for the Housing Authority from John M. Karmozyn and Mark Brizard to next meeting; to be considered and acted on.
4. Review and act on vacancies for various boards:
• Board of Assessment Review – One Alternate
